AV XPERT were brilliant from the moment they answered the phone to us to setting up the PA equipment before to taking it away after the event.

Nothing was too much trouble, the price was excellent and delivery, set up and collection service was extremely efficient. We ordered a PA System for the British Schoolgirls Indoor Snow Races at Milton Keynes Snozone with nearly 300 skiers and spectators present who relied on the PA system throughout the day. I cannot thank AV Xpert enough for helping to make our event so successful. I would recommend them to anyone.

We recently hired a sound system for an outdoor event and were really impressed from start to finish. Matt was incredibly helpful and made the whole process simple and stress-free. The equipment was high quality, easy to set up, and worked perfectly on the day - we had no issues at all and the sound was crystal clear.

The extra support and honest advice we received ahead of the event really made a difference, and we felt in very good hands. We’ll definitely be using them again for any future events. Highly recommend!

From the first call to the handover, AX Xpert were everything a rental company should aim for. They were very informative about what kit I would want and were very understanding of my needs. Helped me load and unload all the gear and my favourite part of working with them was always being able to talk to a real person. Couldn't recommend them more, they facilitated one of the most amazing parties I've ever been to.

I would highly recommend AV Xpert Limited. We needed a speaker system for our wedding reception at a village hall in the Cambridgeshire area with around 85 guests. We reached out to AV Xpert Limited at quite late notice, but they were extremely responsive and helpful. I was initially contacted by Lucija who was incredibly understanding, helpful, professional, and reassuring. Lucija went above and beyond in helping us identify exactly what equipment we would need (two speakers, a sub woofer, two sets of lights, and a microphone).

Lucija also made the booking, payment, collection, and drop off processes super simple for us. On the day we collected the equipment the staff member was well prepared with all our kit packed ready to go and gave a very clear and informative explanation of how to set everything up. The equipment worked extremely well and helped make for a very special night. I really could not recommend Lucija and the rest of the AV Xpert Limited more highly and will always be grateful to them for helping us out on our big day!

Perfect. Used two lights for a UV party for roughly 100 people. They did the job, lit up the room really well, were easy to use and had a good effect with plenty of opportunities for funny photos! The service was also great. The AV Xpert team replied promptly to emails, answered all our queries and were super-helpful on the night, both with set-up and the collection/clear up. Thanks!

I hired a mirror ball to be the centre piece of my 50th birthday party. I was not disappointed. The mirror ball looked amazing and the service we received from AV Xpert was excellent. They were so helpful answering all our questions before the event and provided a slick and timely service on the day. Would highly recommend.

The AVxpert lights presentation at Godmanchester over Christmas and the New Year was a resounding success! The feedback from residents, both verbally and on social media, has been very positive, with some people clamouring for more next year! Thank you for supporting us, and for the hard work you and Ben put in during December. Having lost our traditional Christmas market through the Covid restrictions, it was a difficult gap for the Town Council to fill. But the responses from the public suggest the gap was filled admirably. More than admirably, even! The green light on the willow tree was much admired too! Please pass on my thanks to Ben. His cheerful optimism throughout the whole event was most reassuring.

The team at AV Xpert recently provided the lighting for our wedding - everything from lasers and disco lights to uplighters and festoon lighting. The customer service was fantastic! They listened to what we wanted and advised on what they could provide even undertaking a site visit. The lighting looked great and was all set up/taken down for us. All for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!
