Delivery & Setup Guide

We offer flexible delivery and setup options to suit different types of hire. Whether you want to collect from our warehouse or need full delivery and technical support, this page explains the options available.

Customer collection and return

Collect and return equipment from our Huntingdon warehouse during office opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. We are happy to demonstrate setup on collection, and telephone support is also available if needed.

In-house delivery and setup

We offer in-house delivery, setup and collection across East Anglia and London, with optional technical support and pack-down services available. This is ideal for customers who would prefer a more complete and convenient hire service.

Courier delivery and collection

Selected smaller items can be sent by courier nationwide, helping make hire possible further afield. Larger items may be delivered by same-day courier, depending on the equipment and the requirements of the booking.

Hire periods and opening hours

As our office is closed at weekends and on bank holidays, we offer up to a 4-day hire period at no extra cost. We also provide weekend, bank holiday and out-of-hours services including delivery, setup, collection and event support, subject to minimum order values and additional fees where applicable. Need support on site?

Supporting you beyond delivery

As well as delivering equipment, we can also set it up, pack it away afterwards, and provide technicians to operate equipment where needed. This is particularly useful for weddings, corporate events, live performances and more involved productions.

Delivery: £30.00 + VAT

Zone 3

Distance: Up to 60 miles
Minimum Spend: £300 + VAT
Delivery: £40.00 + VAT
Collection: £40.00 + VAT
Delivery + Collection: £80.00 + VAT

Beyond Zone 3

Distance: Over 60 miles
Minimum Spend: £450 + VAT
Delivery: £1.45 + VAT per mile
Collection: £1.45 + VAT per mile
Delivery + Collection: £2.90 + VAT per mile

*Distances are based on straight-line postcode lookup and are used to determine the applicable delivery zone.

Weekend and out-of-hours fees

Our office opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. Customer collections and returns must take place within these hours unless agreed otherwise.

Technician working hours extend beyond office opening hours, however services that fall within the times listed below are subject to additional out-of-hours fees. Fees are charged per technician, per shift, including travel time, and are also subject to a minimum spend.

Unsociable Out of Hours Fee

Applicable Times: 11:30pm to 7:00am, Monday to Friday, and all weekend hours
Minimum Spend: £500 + VAT
Fee: £150.00 + VAT

Weekend Services

Applicable Times: All day Saturday and Sunday
Minimum Spend: £500 + VAT
Fee: Unsociable out of hours fees apply

Important: Technicians will not start work before 7:00am. Where earlier access is required, the client must accept delivery and complete setup the previous day.
