Delivery and Set-up Options for Equipment Hire

Customer Collection and Return

Customers can collect equipment from our premises in Huntingdon and return at the end of their hire period with no additional fees. Equipment is available for 3-day hire, weekend hire (collect on Friday and return Monday) or week-long hire (collect any weekday and return within 7 days). We are happy to show customers how to set up and operate equipment at the time of collection.

Courier Delivery and Collection

AV Xpert provides a courier delivery service that includes subsequent collection of equipment at the end of your hire period. This is a national service. Equipment will be sent to your address for the start of your hire period. To return to us, either drop off at your local post office, or opt to have kit collected from you. This service is only available on certain items - please enquire.

Delivery, Setup and Collection

AV Xpert can provide an in-house delivery service that includes subsequent collection of equipment at the end of your hire period. This service is available throughout East Anglia, Essex and London. We can also set up the equipment at your venue, at a time to suit you. Please take a look at the table & zone map below, to see availability and pricing in your area.

Set-Up and Pack Away Service

If we are delivering equipment to you, we can also set it up for you. Prices start from just £20+VAT depending on the amount of equipment to be hired. Please contact us for accurate pricing for setup service for the equipment that you require.

Out of Hours Fees

Deliveries outside of normal office hours (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm) are subject to an additional Out of Hours fee of £15+VAT per technician.
