Description
The Allen & Heath Qu-5D is a compact professional digital mixing desk designed for clear, reliable sound at live events, conferences, corporate productions, live music and presentation-based events.
It gives excellent control over microphones, music, playback and event audio, making it a strong choice for both simple speech setups and more involved live sound requirements. With 16 onboard mic/line inputs, 12 XLR outputs, motorised faders and a modern touchscreen interface, the Qu-5D offers the flexibility of a professional digital console while remaining approachable and efficient to operate.
The built-in Dante audio networking allows up to 16 channels in and 16 channels out over a Dante network, which is especially useful for remote audio connections, stage boxes, venue infrastructure and more advanced event setups where audio needs to be moved cleanly around a space without lots of long analogue cable runs.
The Qu-5D is suitable for a wide range of hire applications, from bands and DJs through to conferences, awards evenings, panel discussions, live streams and hybrid events. Its digital processing, onboard effects and flexible routing make it a dependable centrepiece for managing multiple audio sources and delivering polished sound for audiences.
