Customer Collection and Return
Our customers can collect equipment from our warehouse in Huntingdon and return at the end of the hire period with no additional fees.
Equipment is available for 4-day hire which covers weekends (collect on Friday and return Monday) or week-long hire (collect any weekday and return the same day of the following week).
We are happy to show you how to set up and operate equipment at the time of collection and we offer a technical support phone line which includes out-of-hours support.
Weekend and bank holiday collections and returns are by appointment only as our office and warehouse is closed at weekends and on bank holidays.
In-House Delivery, Setup and Collection
AV Xpert provides an in-house delivery service that includes subsequent collection of equipment at the end of your hire period.
This service is available throughout East Anglia, Essex and London, and we can also set up the equipment at your venue upon delivery at a time to suit you and subsequently pack away after your event. We also offer av technician services and can operate equipment and provide general technical support at events.

Courier Delivery and Collection
AV Xpert provides a variety of courier delivery services that include subsequent collection of equipment at the end of your hire period.
These are national services covering the whole of the UK. Due to the complexity of certain items, this service is not available with every product on our hire shop.
Smaller items can usually be sent via 24 hour courier and larger items will be sent via same-day courier service - please enquire for pricing.

Set-Up and Pack Away Service
If we are delivering equipment to you, we can also set it up for you and can also operate equipment at your event. Prices start from just £15+VAT, depending on the amount of equipment required. Please contact us for pricing for setup and pack away services.
Out of Hours Fees
Deliveries, setups and collections outside of normal office hours (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm) are subject to an additional Out of Hours fee of £20+VAT per technician per service.
