Customer Collection and Return
Customers can collect and return equipment from our Huntingdon warehouse at no extra cost.
Please note: Weekend and bank holiday collections/returns are by appointment only, as we are otherwise closed. We therefore offer two standard hire durations:
- 4-day hire - ideal for weekends (Fri-Mon)
- 7-day hire - collect and return same weekday
We're happy to demonstrate how to set up and operate equipment upon collection, and 24/7 phone support is also available.
In-House Delivery, Setup and Collection
AV Xpert offers a comprehensive in-house delivery service across East Anglia and London, including collection after your hire period. We can also:
- Set up equipment at your venue
- Provide technicians to operate equipment and offer technical support
- Pack away equipment after your event

Courier Delivery and Collection
We offer nationwide courier delivery and collection services.
- Smaller items are typically sent via 24-hour courier
- Larger items are delivered via same-day courier

Delivery Zones and Pricing
Prices for our delivery options are shown in the table below. Please refer to the map beneath the pricing table to view the areas covered by each delivery zone.

*Calculated as the distance on the road from AV Xpert's Warehouse to the delivery location.

Set-Up and Pack Away Service
If we’re delivering your equipment, we can also set it up at your venue and pack it away afterwards - leaving you free to focus on the occasion itself.
Should you need additional support, our friendly technicians are available to remain on-site to operate equipment and provide general technical assistance throughout.
Prices start from £17.50 + VAT for setup services, depending on the amount and type of kit required.

Out of Hours Fees
Any services that require our technicians to work more than an hour either side of our office opening hours (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm) are subject to additional Out of Hours fees. Fees are chargeable per technician, per shift, including travel time, as per the table below.
